Data Protection Statement

The Development and Alumni Relations Office exists to engage with alumni and friends of BNC to develop a mutually beneficial alumni community. Any personal information you choose to give us will be held securely on our  alumni database and used to promote alumni networks, events and fund-raising initiatives. Supplying us with your personal information will be taken as “conduct clearly indicating  acceptance of the proposed processing”.  All personal information is treated confidentially and with respect for the benefit of the College and its members in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by Brasenose or wish to alter the way your data is held and used, please email  development.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk and we will endeavour to respond to all requests in a timely manner.
